This spring semester I am most excited about talking with potential placements and beginning the steps to starting my nursing career. Once the semester is over, I envision celebrating my achievements with friends and family. It will feel good to celebrate with these people because they are the ones that were with me and supported me most during my college years. After celebrating for a short period, I will be ready to join the workforce as a new grad nurse. This new chapter of my life will have their own challenges. I am most anxious about starting my career and being a part of a new team. On my first few months of work I want to do everything in my power to ensure that my new team likes my worth ethic to show them I can seamlessly fit onto their roster. I am anxious that that may be challenging and hopefully I can achieve that goal.
Before I get there however, I need to focus on my current workload. My preparation for my classes includes reading, reviewing, and writing notes along with practicing question in prep for the NCLEX. My goal this semester is to have a 3.4+ GPA and I believe I can attain that if I stick to my study schedule each week. I have learned from ATI Nurse Logic 2.0 Modules that preparation and time management is a major key to success for the NCLEX assessment. I believe that time management is especially important when juggling the stress of nursing school. With NCLEX prep and so many subjects to review, this has also never been more important as something that needs to be mastered. With the resources provided, this task will be attained, and positive results will be displayed using this technique.
